Noemi Santiago

Chief Executive Officer and President

Noemi Santiago joined Enough Z Enough Foundation with the vision and drive to improve upon our Women Empowerment Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity.

Born and raised in Stockton, Noemi is a first-generation Mexican-American from the regions of Oaxaca, Mexico. She is the first in her family to go to college. In 2013, Noemi graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry. In 2015, Superintendent Anthony Solina of Aspire Public Schools found Noemi and honored her with the opportunity, as a geometry teacher, to impact and educate the future leaders of tomorrow. In 2018, in pursuit of justice and protection, Noemi enrolled in Laurence Drivon School of Law and began her career in law. In 2021, Noemi identified herself as a survivor of domestic violence and after deep prayer was inspired to become founder of Enough Z Enough Foundation.

At the young age of 10, Noemi began her career as a public servant when her 5th grade teacher at Hazelton Elementary school asked her to become part of student council and her peers voted in agreement. Noemi recalls her favorite part of being part of student council was the free pizza and ice cream given at the end of each meeting. This same teacher donated to her a copy of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, written by J.K.Rowling, and said, "This will change your life." Noemi holds this book dear to her because it reminds her that anything is possible with faith and great friends!
